| Dosage Instructions | Take one spoonful of "Women's Dream Grass," place it on a gauze or translucent paper. Shape the gauze like a tampon to help make insertion easier. Try to keep all of the herb together, it does not have to line the whole gauze. Insert it into the vagina. Allow some of the gauze to hang out (like a tampon string) so it'll come out easily. Try to keep your movements down to a minimal, or lay down until the waiting period is over. Wait 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with plain water.
