Q: Do you accept returns?

 

 A: Yes, within 7 days after package arrival. The items must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Price tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

 

Customers are responsible for their own return fees unless CJI is solely at fault. We will do our best to satisfy you and remedy the problem. 

 

Please contact us before returning the package so that we can confirm and process the information properly.

 

Please Note: No refunds/returns on makeup and certain herbs. Please ask in advance if you're concerned about a certain product.

Q: Do you issue monetary refunds?

 

A: Yes. 

Q: Why don't you refund shipping fees?

A: CJI does not make any profits off of shipping fees whatsoever. We charge our customers exact post office rates. We pay post office packaging/labeling and handling fees for most packages sent as a gift to our customers. Every customer benefits from a discount of some sort.

 

If we find that we've mistakenly overcharged for shipping, we'll immediately refund the difference.

Q: How often do you ship?

A: Every 3 - 4 days after payment has been received. 

 

Please note, if you've made a payment via Google Checkout, Money order, E-check, or Western Union, shipping may be prolonged while the funds clear.

Q: How long will it take my order to reach me?

A: Express orders take  anywhere from 2 - 7 days to reach customers world wide. Economy orders take 12 - 14 days world wide. Sometimes there are unexpected delays due to international customs screenings. We have no control over this delay. Please read our Shipping Page for more details.

Q: How can I track my order?

 

A: Packages sent via Express mail are the only ones that are able to be tracked at this time.  After shipping your package off,  we will provide you with:

  •  A tracking number
  • Post office customer service telephone numbers

 

Please be informed that sometimes there are unexpected delays with US/International Customs.  We'll do our best to help you track your package.

 

Please note: Packages sent a registered mail can not be trakced at this time. We'll update our web site once the post office has the system restored. You will receive a shipping notice from us, as well as a copy of your receipt.

Q: How can I make a purchase with my ATM card?

 

A: We accept ATM/Debt card payments via Google Checkout, Xoom, Pay Pal. Please send us an information request for more details. Other methods of  payment available for your convenience.

 

 

 

Q: Can I make a purchase using cash?

A: For your convenience, we accept money transfers (i.e.Western Union, Xoom, Money Gram), and Money Orders. Sorry, no personal checks, cash or C.O.Ds
